Hearing Tests

Hearing Testing and Evaluations

Choosing the right hearing aid starts with a clear understanding of your unique hearing loss needs. Our advanced testing procedures accurately identify whether or not you have hearing loss and measure the type and severity.

A hearing test is the first step in identifying whether there is a hearing loss and, if so, in determining the form, degree and specification. There are many forms of hearing tests, but a pure-tone test and a speech recognition test are the most common. These tests are simple to complete and non-intrusive. After the evaluation, we will show you your hearing ability in a graph called an audiogram.

Hearing Aid Services

We Service Your Devices

From hearing aid screening, selection and fittings, to ongoing maintenance and repairs – we offer a wide range of services to keep your hearing aids performing their best.

If a permanent hearing loss is shown in your audiogram, hearing aids may be recommended. We will explain why you hear sounds you find difficult to hear, and what treatment options are available. We will help you select your best style, features and quality of hearing aids based on your hearing loss, your lifestyle and your financial situation.

Even if you take great care with your hearing aids and maintain regular maintenance, you may still end up wearing them out with normal use. We can help with common hearing aid repairs. The cost of fixing a broken or damaged hearing aid varies according to a few things: the insurance on the hearing aid, the damage to the system and the costs of replacing the parts needed.
